"Frustrating to Use and Support Wasn’t Much Help"
The pages load in a really weird way, and it takes forever to find what I’m looking for. I tried reaching out for help, but it felt like I just got stuck in a support loop with the same suggestions over and over instead of an actual fix. Frustrating experience overall.

"Card Got Lost and Support Was No Help"
I sent my card in, and somehow it ended up getting lost. When I reached out to support, I kept getting the same generic responses without any real update or effort to actually help. It felt like they didn’t care much about the situation. Frustrating experience overall, and personally, I wouldn’t trust them with another card.
"Wish I’d Checked the Extra Costs First"
The PSA service itself was okay, no real complaints there. I just didn’t expect the insurance to add as much as it did, and once everything was totaled up, it felt a bit pricey for me. Not terrible, but I do kind of regret not looking closer at the full cost beforehand

"Not the Quality I Was Expecting"
I’m giving it 1 star because, the slab quality on my order just wasn’t good. The case had scratches, plus this weird cloudy look to it, and it didn’t really feel clean or polished for what I paid. Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine felt kind of rushed. I expected the holder to protect the card and make it look nice, not make me worry about the condition of the case itself.

"Not quite what I expected"
I had one card come back looking different than I thought it would, which threw me off a bit. I opened the package at my kitchen table while drinking coffee, and I kept comparing it to what I expected. I’m not saying the company is terrible or anything, but it definitely made me second-guess things. I just don’t feel like I can fully trust it now.

I was really excited to get the card, but I regret buying it. It came back scuffed and didn’t seem like it was protected very well during shipping. For what I paid, I expected it to arrive in better condition

"Support Was Way Too Slow"
Getting help was a hassle. Support took forever to respond, and I had to keep following up just to get any movement. It didn’t really feel like anyone was trying that hard to help, which got frustrating. Overall, not a great experience.

I placed a bulk order and felt ignored throughout the whole process. Updates were slow, and I had to wait way too long for about half of the cards to arrive. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on. I don’t think I’d order again.

I sent in a few cards I was planning to sell, thinking the slabs would help boost the resale value. Instead, the grades came back way lower than what buyers seemed to be expecting, that was REALLY frustrating.
Now the offers I’m getting are even lower than before I sent the cards in. After the fees and the wait, I basically ended up losing money. Maybe that’s just how grading goes sometimes, but I’m NOT using them again.

"The grades seem really off"
The grades don’t feel accurate at all. I was already feeling mentally drained, and seeing results that seemed so off just made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Am I Missing Something With PSA Grading?"
I’ve used PSA a few times now, and overall the service has been fine. But am I missing something with the grading consistency? Some cards come back right around what I expected, and then others feel either way too harsh or a little too generous. It’s not a terrible experience or anything, I just wish it felt a bit more consistent from one order to the next.

"I really liked the idea of the set…"
I really liked the idea of the set registry at first, and when it works, it’s convenient. But it keeps glitching on me, and dealing with support has been frustrating because the replies feel generic and not very helpful. I wanted to like it, and there’s definitely potential here, but right now it’s just not worth the hassle.

"Updating my account was way more frustrating than expected"
I tried to update my account it ended up being way harder than it should’ve been. I figured it would be a quick thing, but I kept running into issues and support took a long time to get back to me. When they did respond, it didn’t really feel like they understood or cared much about the problem, which made me feel dismissed. Overall, not a great experience.

"Good overall, but one label issue"
I’ve used PSA Card a few times now, and to be fair, the labels have usually been accurate. That said, one of my cards came back with a small detail wrong on the label. They did fix it after I reached out, but it took a little longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience overall, I just wish they were a bit more careful checking labels before shipping cards back.

"Felt like the handling could be better"
I’m sure I’m not the only customer who notices this, but the handling just felt a bit careless. It didn’t seem like much attention was given to making sure everything was treated properly, which was disappointing.

"Really frustrating experience"
I had an issue with my order and contacted psacard.com thinking they’d help get it sorted out. The replies were really slow, and I had to repeat the same info more than once. In the end, they basically said there wasn’t much they could do, which made it feel like no one really looked into it. Weeks later, the problem is still there, it’s really frustrating. I just don’t feel like they cared much at all.
